SCHEDULE OF PERMITTED USES AND DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
NP - This means that accessory buildings are not permitted in any front yard.
* This setback requirement for accessory buildings does not apply to storage facilities of not less than 80 square feet nor more than 120 square feet. Such accessory buildings are permitted within these yards, provided they are located no closer than five feet from any side of rear lot line.
** In order to be permitted, accessory buildings must qualify for placement on the real property tax duplicate of the Hocking County Auditor.
*** Each development shall contain at a minimum 500 square feet of residential living area.
**** No setback is required if the accessory building is attached to another accessory building on an adjacent lot. If the accessory building is not attached by a common or joint wall, a five foot setback from the side lot line is required.
